"Today, Alyssa addressed all my needs with professionalism with great attitude! I became a customer with Russ Thorndyke, a dear friend who is truly missed but his clients remained. Thank you again As most of drivers I dread, DMV license plate agency. I had to show proof of insurance for specific date back in 2019. Kara, answered phone and responded sure I will help you. I could hear customers in background, still while phone continuity ringing. Kara didn’t become stressed or upset her kind caring personality assisted everyone. In society today that is one of the greatest assets company can have."

"Sorriest insurance company I've ever done business with. Hidden fees, premium changes without notice, and very rude and unprofessional. I don't know how this particular office is still in business. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone and then act like they don't know what your talking about when you call back and that's if you can even get anyone on the phone to begin with. I would be embarrassed to be associated with them as an employee."
