"Disappointing experience. I moved from SC and I always had such a good experience with my previous office. When I transferred insurance the girl working added my husband to the policy (he has his own insurance) which made my bill expensive for liability. Thank the Lord another lady was working that came over and fixed it and got my bill down to $66.52 which was only a little over what I paid in SC. Today I call to pay and once again tell them that I have to call every month because the app still hasn't switched from SC to NC and once again they just act like that's strange but nothing they can do. And then she tells me that my bill is $104.59 for this month only due to some kind of surcharge in March and April and my bill will return to $70.01 next month. I had to use grocery money to pay my insurance. And then she said they didn't have an email on file but she can just text me a receipt. I gave her my email hoping she'll enter it in and maybe my app will switch over. They also had my address and phone number wrong, some PO Box in Rowland but I think she was on the wrong person at that point. It's hard to work 3rd shift and stay up to speak to them and they don't seem to care about pleasing the customer. I've been with State Farm for years and never had a problem until I moved to NC."
